TERMS OF SERVICE
When a client books online or via phone, text or email with Glory Elite Detailing, the client should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, the client is bound under the terms and conditions herein.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Clients should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of service. Glory Elite Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property and any belongings contained inside of the vehicle.
The client must assure that the vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if the client feels otherwise please communicate client concerns with the technician.
All vehicles are cleaned by way of Glory Elite Detailing procedures and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service.
Glory Elite Detailing cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting client bookings. The detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type.
Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to use any experienced staff to undertake client auto detailing needs and may need to change the detailer at short notice without penalty.
While every effort will be made to keep recurring bookings to the same day and time each week, sometimes it may be necessary to make changes, but Glory Elite Detailing will endeavor to communicate the changes prior to arrival
Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to obtain debit or credit card information to secure the booking.
Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
All vehicles are cleaned and/or detailed at the clients own risk.
Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or continue with their service if they deem the client to be unreasonable. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny client demands above and beyond the booked detailing.
Glory Elite Detailing will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
Pricing and Payments Terms & Conditions
Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to charge an additional rate for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking.
Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing service should it differ from the original estimate.
A surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
Glory Elite Detailing prices are based on the detailing type, location, type of car and condition of the vehicle. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle and the client location.
Invoices and payment requests will be rendered by Glory Elite Detailing to the client prior to or at the time of service and are due in full by the end of the service.
For commercial clients with recurring monthly services, invoices will be rendered by Glory Elite Detailing and are due in full by the 15th day of the following month. Any invoice or scheduled payment over 10 days past due will be subject to a late fee of $50.00 a month. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to suspend service when payments become more than 15 days past due.
Communications Terms & Conditions
Glory Elite Detailing will send the client SMS text messages or emails to confirm the client service request, provide information about the technician/staff matched to the client job, appointment notifications, client satisfaction survey and/or business review after the job is completed.
Depending on the client mobile phone service/carrier/provider, the client may incur costs from these SMS text messages or emails. Glory Elite Detailing is not responsible for any potential costs.
Glory Elite Detailing may provide the client service request to any detailer within our network or out of our network to fulfill client requests in a timely manner.
When a client service request is matched to a provider, client name, phone number, service address and vehicle information will be shared with that service provider.
Glory Elite Detailing may call clients directly to schedule client service or conduct a client satisfaction survey. In the event of a canceled request, Glory Elite Detailing may call the client, text, and/or email to inquire about the client reasons for canceling.
All inbound and outbound client service calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
Our Service Terms & Conditions
Glory Elite Detailing may ask the client where the client heard about Glory Elite Detailing in order to assess marketing strategies.
Glory Elite Detailing may conduct client satisfaction surveys.
Glory Elite Detailing will secure a deposit with a debit or credit card to secure a regular booking. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to retain the deposit full amount should the vehicle(s) not be available for cleaning and the booking has not been cancelled in advance (see cancellation policy).
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Glory Elite Detailing requires 24 hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.
Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in the forfeiture of any deposit. Appointments that are cancelled in under 24 hours will incur a rebooking charge of $25.00. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to obtain a rebooking charge, and deposit prior to rebooking the next appointment.
Same day appointments that are cancelled will result in the forfeiture of any deposit and will incur a rebooking charge of $25.00. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to obtain a rebooking charge, and deposit prior to rebooking the next appointment.
Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty, but wherever possible will let the client know.
Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
Without prior notice, failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered/requested service will result in the full value of the service being invoiced to the client for payment. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to obtain a rebooking charge of $25.00 for the next appointment. Full payment will be due prior to any future appointments.
If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, Glory Elite Detailing will at company cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service without additional charge.
Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone, text, or email ([email protected]). Pictures of the area must be emailed to within 24 hours of the claim being made.
It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection, some vehicles, tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don’t work or become loose and cracked without the owner’s knowledge, therefore should a Glory Elite Detailing representative find any items that are not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken Glory Elite Detailing will bring it to the client’s attention, therefore the client agrees not to hold Glory Elite Detailing responsible for any pre-existing damages to the client’s vehicle.
Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines and marks, should a Glory Elite Detailing representative find any exterior imperfections, Glory Elite Detailing will make client aware, however Glory Elite Detailing will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections if the client service does not include it. Glory Elite Detailing will not be held responsible should Glory Elite Detailing find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that the client was not aware of.
Other Terms and Conditions
Detail services are available for all clients at a set rate, however, additional travel fees may apply if the client is outside of the Atlanta-metro and immediate surrounding areas at $1.00 per mile.
Glory Elite Detailing requests before the scheduled service appointment, that all personal property be removed from the vehicle.
Most scheduled service appointments are weather permitting. If the weather is inclement for auto detailing work, Glory Elite Detailing will reschedule the appointment.
Properly installing a child car seat is vitally important but doing it right is not always as simple as buckling it into the car. Glory Elite Detailing does not provide cleaning for child car seats. The child car seat will be removed prior to detailing services. Glory Elite detailing does not reinstall child car seats; the client is responsible for having an authorized/designated individual or Certified Passenger Safety Technician reinstall the child car seat after detailing services are completed.
Once an appointment has been made, the client agrees to the terms and conditions herein.
